LIFTed with Lindy provides personal training, wellness coaching, and general education. Lindy is not acting as a physician or other prescribing medical provider. She does not diagnose diseases, prescribe medication, set or change medication doses, or replace licensed medical care.

Labwork and wellness discussions

Functional labwork reviews are educational coaching services. Diagnostic interpretation, decisions about testing, and treatment belong with a qualified licensed provider. Do not delay medical care because of something you read here.

Medical evaluation, eligibility, prescribing, and treatment monitoring are handled by licensed medical providers. Evidence, risks, regulatory status, and availability vary by product.
